The 25th China National Conference on Computational Linguistics (CCL 2026)

Call for Papers

"The 25th China National Conference on Computational Linguistics (CCL 2026)" will be held in Yichang, Hubei from October 15 to 18, 2026. The China National Conference on Computational Linguistics was founded in 1991 and is organized by the Technical Committee on Computational Linguistics of the Chinese Information Processing Society of China. After more than 30 years of development, the conference has become the most authoritative, largest, and most influential academic conference in the field of natural language processing in China. As the flagship conference of the Chinese Information Processing Society of China (a first-level society in China), CCL focuses on intelligent computing and information processing of various languages in China, providing the most extensive high-level exchange platform for discussing and disseminating the latest academic and technical achievements in computational linguistics.

Submission

CCL 2026 accepts submissions in both Chinese and English. All accepted papers will be presented orally or as posters at the conference. Accepted English papers will be published in Data Intelligence, a CAS Zone 2 journal (authors are responsible for Open Access fees). Accepted Chinese papers will be recommended to the Journal of Chinese Information Processing (listed as T1 in the CCF "High-quality Science and Technology Journals Grading List for the Computing Field") and other core Chinese science and technology journals (per the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China catalog), and will be formally published after passing journal review.

Paper Format:

The submission system is supported by the Data Intelligence journal. Please use the designated LaTeX templates and submit in PDF format. The main text should not exceed 10 pages, and the total including references should not exceed 15 pages. This conference adopts a double-blind review process. Submitted papers must not contain authors' names, affiliations, or other identifying information. Self-citations should use third-person references (e.g., "Author XX proposed..."). Papers that do not meet the formatting and anonymization requirements will be rejected without full review.

All submissions must be in PDF format and submitted through the Data Intelligence submission system. The system link will be announced soon.

Parallel Submission Policy:

This conference allows authors to simultaneously submit the same paper to other top international conferences in the field of natural language processing, provided that those conferences also permit parallel submissions. When submitting, authors must clearly indicate the conferences to which the paper is simultaneously submitted. After receiving the acceptance notification, authors must inform the program committee whether they will present at this conference before the final submission deadline. Once confirmed, the paper must be withdrawn from other conferences. This conference does not accept any papers that have been publicly published or are highly similar to published work.

Publication Fees

Data Intelligence Journal Publication Fees (English papers):

Data Intelligence is an Open Access journal. All accepted papers are subject to a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC). The APC is calculated based on the final typeset length of the paper (i.e., the page count of the print version or the final online PDF version). The paper length includes the title, author information, abstract, main text, figures, tables, references, and appendices.

Category Pages APC
Standard Up to 10 pages (inclusive) RMB 8,000
Excess pages 11-15 pages (inclusive) RMB 10,000

Chinese Journal Publication Fees:

Publication fees follow the specific requirements of the recommended Chinese journals.
