Welcome to the 23rd China National Conference on Computational Linguistics (CCL 2024), which will be held from July 25th to 29th, 2024, in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. The conference is organized by the Chinese Information Processing Society of China (CIPS) Special Interest Group on Computational Linguistics and hosted by Shanxi University. As the flagship conference of CIPS, CCL focuses on the computational processing of various languages within China and provides a broad platform for the dissemination of the latest academic and technological achievements in computational linguistics. CCL 2024 will feature keynote speeches, paper presentations, workshops, special forums, student symposia, evaluation forums, cutting-edge paper presentations, and reviews of international advancements. This year, we are honored to have six renowned experts delivering keynote speeches: Academician Weinan E from Peking University, Professor Jiyie Liang from Shanxi University, Researcher Sen Song from Tsinghua University, Chief Scientist of Speech and Semantics at Huawei, Professor Qun Liu, Professor Xuanjing Huang from Fudan University, and Professor Ivan Titov from the University of Edinburgh & University of Amsterdam. 2. Conference Registration
Due to the different registration periods (early, late, on-site) and categories (professional and student members), please register in advance for the conference. Attendees are encouraged to check their membership status and register accordingly.

Each officially accepted conference paper must have at least one author registered for the main conference, otherwise the paper will not be published. The Organizing Committee will notify you about the page charges for the papers.

Payment Instructions:
- During the conference, attendees are responsible for their own accommodation and transportation costs. Membership fees for the Chinese Information Processing Society of China are as follows: Student Member: 50 RMB/person; Professional Member: 200 RMB/person.
- Refund Note: Due to the trial operation of the financial system, the paid registration fee is not refundable for the time being, but can be used to offset the registration fee of other meetings of the Society, thanks for your understanding!
